As a legislator, Chris Taylor fought against making bathrooms single-sex and co-authored legislation requiring all state-owned restrooms, including school district restrooms and male restrooms, to have tampons and sanitary napkins available. ⁴

When asked if she still supported a bill she authored, she “skirted the issue,” which means she no longer supports her own bill.” ⁵

In a recommendation letter, Chris Taylor enthusiastically endorsed radical Democrat Lena Taylor for a judgeship precisely because of her “continued advocacy” for liberal causes, admitting that ideological activism belongs on the bench.
Judges take an oath to administer justice without respect to persons and to faithfully and impartially apply the law, yet Chris Taylor believes judges should be political advocates for the radical Democrat wishlist.
This letter proves Chris Taylor doesn’t want neutral umpires; she wants liberal political operatives in black robes who will legislate progressive policies when the legislature and voters won’t.
If Chris Taylor thinks outspoken activists like Lena Taylor are exactly what Wisconsin courts need, imagine the extreme left-wing activist she would be as a Supreme Court justice.
Wisconsin families deserve justices who follow the Constitution and statutes, not far-left politicians who see the judiciary as just another tool to impose failed progressive policies that voters have repeatedly rejected. Chris Taylor has shown she’ll do the exact opposite.
